This optional extra cooking grid for the SEB Kamado 13 Inch has 3 feet designed to allow a heat deflector plate to be inserted under the grid. This allows heat from the charcoal to be forced around the sides of the grill rather than directly underneath. Allowing for a more consistent result when cooking.
